False Alarm?

Been up since 3am with cramping. I hopped in the shower at 5:30 to relax and see if they would stop... Now having cramping in lower back and belly every about every 5 minutes. Still bearable pains, trying to hold off calling until they get more painful. They say you will know when you are in labor and I'm not convinced this isn't a false alarm...
