Calvin is 2 weeks old today. He had his first pediatrician appointment last Friday. (It did not go well, the doctor was a complete jerk... We are looking for another one right now.) But Calvin is healthy and already weighs 8 lbs 14 oz. He was only 7 lb 13 oz the Saturday before at his weight check so he gained a pound last week! I asked the pediatrician about his goopy eyes and he said that he has clogged tear ducts, which will eventually open on their own. Everything else looked great. He is a healthy eater and still sleeping good. I start clinicals tomorrow. : ( Korey and I left Calvin for a few hours this weekend to break me in. I did okay so we'll see how it goes...
