Job Offer!

I was offered a position as an OB Nurse at Community North! I start February 8th and will orient full-time for 12 weeks. After that I will work nights (7p-7a). Once I pass my boards I can apply for a Master's program so I will be doing that soon. I am excited but very nervous and sad about being away from Calvin so much. But once I get through orientation things will be a lot easier... Thanks for everyone's support and prayers! I can't wait to start my career as a nurse. Now I have to study for the NCLX (test to pass to be licensed as an RN). Once I've passed I'll be official!

Happy 5 months cutie pie! You get more and more handsome everyday! Here are some things we love about you right now:

Likes: sock bunny and "lovie" blanket that you sleep with at night, teethers, "flying" in the air, sucking on your thumb

Dislikes: sitting in your swing, holding still for more than 30 seconds

New tricks: blowing raspberries, making an "ooo" face, swimming with your arms and legs (trying to crawl), holding your own bottle and grabbing for it whenever you see one (even if its across the room), making a pitiful pouty face when you get tired and mad (see above)

Calvin now imitates us when we blow raspberries and he thinks it is so funny. He also smiles and giggles all the time. Here is a video of him showing off his cuteness.
